How to cancel Toddl Plus
Payment for Toddl Plus is taken by Apple or Google, not by us. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and Toddl Plus stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. We never charge a cancellation fee. Only the family member who bought Toddl Plus can manage or cancel it in the store.
On iPhone or iPad (App Store)
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Toddl.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
Apple's guide: Cancel a subscription from Apple.
On Android (Google Play)
- Open Google Play.
- Tap your profile icon.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Toddl.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
Google's guide: Cancel, pause or change a subscription on Google Play.
From the Toddl app
Open Settings and tap Manage subscription. It opens your App Store or Google Play subscription page.
Free trial
A free trial turns into a paid subscription at the regular price when it ends, unless you cancel before it ends. The store charges at or shortly before the start of the new period (Google Play may charge up to 48 hours before), so cancel at least two days before a trial ends to be sure you are not charged.
By email
Send a cancellation notice to hello@toddl.family with your name and either your ID number or the email address of your Toddl account.
- For a Google Play subscription, we cancel it for you.
- For an App Store subscription, your email counts as your cancellation notice to us, and we reply with the steps to cancel in the App Store, because Apple does not let developers cancel App Store subscriptions.
By phone or registered mail
If you are a consumer in Israel, you can also give the notice by phone or by registered mail, using the details in section 13 of our Terms of Service.
Good to know
- Deleting your Toddl account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel in the App Store or Google Play first.
- Refunds and your rights under consumer law are covered in section 6.4 of the Terms of Service.
